How do I enter into the R&D lab of a top company in India after a B.Tech. in electronics and communication?

If you want to work in the R&D lab of a top notch company just after completing your Graduation than the first requirement is that you must have your graduation from Top Colleges like IITs,NITs, BITS etc.
Some top Companies related to Electronics & Communication engineering field is Intel, Qualcomm, Siemens, Broadcom, Cisco, Dell, Motorola, Honeywell etc.
Now to work in the R&D department of these companies straight after your B.Tech is not an easy task. You must have some qualities to be select for this job.
  • College:) As I said earlier that the first requirement is that you must be from the top college. Because these Companies never visit Private colleges which have low rankings.
  • Resume:) Your resume must be filled with lots of projects and so many other achievements.
  • CGPA:) Another Important parameter for recruitment purpose. You must have a decent CGPA in order to get select for these companies Interview.
  • Internship:) You should have some Internship experience in your resume. If you have did your internship from any popular or top Companies than it will surely help you.
  • Projects:) If you have done some projects in your under graduation than it will make your chances more strong. Companies will surely ask some technical question related to those projects in interview.
So these are some of the things you must have in order to be select in the R&D department of top Companies. If you are not from any top college although you have above mention things in your resume. Than you can visit the career page of the desired company and can apply their in the job section. There is the chances that you may get shortlisted for the Interview if you have really done well.
