Different Placement aptitude test Exams

Hello friends,
Today i am sharing here details about some of the aptitude exams which can help the students in getting a job. I will also add my personal experience of those exams. These exams are quite fruitful for the Tier 3 college students where often big companies do not visit. So students can give these exams and then on the basis of their score they can apply in some big firms.
So lets begin:
  • Cocubes:
I have personally given this test. There are basically 6 sections in the paper of Cocubes. Its starts with Verbal section then Quantitative aptitude after that WET (English essay section) then Technical section after that Personality test section & at last coding section.
  • Now the Important point here is that personality test section does’t get count in final marks. They will only assign a Personality type in your results. So you will get the marks based on your performance in the 5 sections.
  • The maximum marks in this test is 800.
  • If you managed to get more than 430 then you can apply for few jobs . This score is considered as a satisfactory score.
  • If you managed to get 530+ then you can apply for most of the jobs.
  • And finally 600+ score is considered as the Excellent score. This score will allow you to apply for all type of jobs.
  • My Experience: I scored 566 in this exam. I found that the level of the exam is easy if anyone prepare well and then gave exam, easily he could score more than 500. After result declaration you can see various job options in your dashboard. So overall its good.
  • It cost around 750 rs. and your score will be valid for 1 years that means you can apply for different jobs for 1 years.
  • AMCAT:
AMCAT is also an employ-ability test exam. Its test pattern differs from cocubes. In this test you need to pick two different technical subjects for domain test. Does’t matter whether you choose subjects from your domain or from any other.
  • In AMCAT two things matter. Score as well as Percentile.
  • There are 7 sectional test which includes two personality assigned test.
  • Other 5 section consist of Quant, Verbal, Logic ability and two domain section.
Each section is of 900 marks.
  • My Experience: I gave this test. I scored 99.9 percentile in Electronics & semiconductor domain test which was highest amount 5 sectional marks. In logical i scored 87.3 & less or more in different sections. But according to me their test taking pattern is not so well. You can only see one question in one time can not switch on other question. Although the job option in AMCAT is more than cocubes.
  • Its cost is around 1250 for one year membership.
These were the two tests which I gave because my college have membership with these organizations. So i was getting both these tests only in 500.
  • E-Litumus
“ Naam to suna hi hoga” (You have surely heard the name of it.) Either in chemistry lab or in Engineering. E-litumus is one of the best test which you can give for job search.
  • Its cost is around 750 rs.
  • It consist of 4 sections Aptitude, English, behavioral & domain.
I have not given the test of E-litumus. So i can not share the experience of it. But overall i have heard that it is best among all the job employ-ability Tests.
Except these 3 there are few more tests which anyone can give for job search:
  • IPAT (1200 Rs.)
  • NASSCOM NAC-TECH (660 Rs.)
