Absolutely right. Summer Internship play a vital role in student’s career. Why?

  • Experience: Experience is one of the most valuable asset in present era. If you have a work experience in any good company then it can help you in fetching a good job. When you do summer internship in any esteemed organization, you learn so many things there. According to the assigned job profile you do your work their & gain some expertization in your work. This experience can be proved quite valuable when you will search for the job.
  • Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Yes, sometimes companies may send you PPO based on your Performance. If you perform really well during your Internship then it might can open a door as a full time employee for you in that company.
  • Networking: When you work for the company around 30–45 days, you make some new connections their. Your range of connections can be so wide. You can have some connections from higher management of that organization as well some brilliant students. And these connections can be so useful for you in future.
  • Stipend: One of the attractive perk of doing internship in any good company. You may get handsome amount of money on completion of your internship period. But this is only valid if you do your Internship in any Company. If you go for any research based internship in any top Universities/ College then you may get stipend that will be vary somewhere around 10k- 30k.
  • Other Incentives: Other Incentives Includes that you may visit to the other nations if you your internship is out of your country. You will live in some fine hotels/ Apartments. Work culture will be quite good. On weekends you can enjoy parties. Other goodies can be offered to you by companies.
